What an incredible place! I went in after injuring my shoulder, and I was amazed at how quickly I started to feel better. The staff was super knowledgeable, and they made the sessions fun yet challenging. It was great to see progress week after week. The only thing I wish is that they had a wider variety of appointment times available, especially early in the morning. Nevertheless, I’m so grateful for their help!
