From my very first phone call to make an appointment to my actual visit, my experience here was exceptional. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who helped me navigate the paperwork easily. Dr. Frank is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my issues with me, making sure I understood everything. He offered customized treatment options and even provided me with some exercises to help strengthen my arch, which has been a game-changer! I appreciate how he takes a holistic approach to treatment, considering not just the immediate problem, but my overall foot health as well. The only thing I would mention is that the waiting area could be a bit more comfortable; some chairs were slightly worn out. However, the quality of care more than made up for it. If you're in need of a podiatrist, this is definitely the place to go!

I just had to share my wonderful experience! I went in with a painful heel issue that had been bothering me for weeks. Right from the start, the staff was welcoming, and Dr. Frank had a great bedside manner. He listened carefully and provided immediate relief through some targeted treatment. The office was clean and well-organized, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit. The doctor also suggested some lifestyle changes that I hadn’t considered before, which I found very helpful. The only small downside was the parking situation; it’s a bit tight, so be prepared to arrive a little early to find a spot. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing foot care!

I had an appointment recently, and it was quite good. The office was easy to find, and I didn’t have to wait too long before being seen, which is always a plus in my book. Dr. Frank was very professional and made an effort to explain my diagnosis clearly, which I appreciated. He recommended some inserts for my shoes, and I could really feel the difference after wearing them for a few days. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I felt like the follow-up could have been a little more proactive. I would have liked a call to check in on my progress, but overall, I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend this place for foot-related issues.
