What a gem of a bicycle shop! I stumbled upon this place while searching for a new mountain bike, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are genuinely passionate about cycling. They spent a good amount of time with me, assessing my needs and recommending different options without any pressure to buy. I decided on a fantastic mountain bike that has exceeded my expectations on the trails. I also picked up some cycling gear and was thrilled to find some great sales. My only constructive feedback would be to improve their online presence, as I found it a bit hard to check inventory before visiting. But when you're in the shop, the experience is top-notch! I’ll definitely be back for my next bike upgrade or maintenance needs, as it’s clear they value customer satisfaction above all else!

I went to this shop recently to get my old bike serviced and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The staff were friendly and took their time to explain what needed to be fixed, which I appreciated as a novice cyclist. My bike was ready in a timely manner, and the repairs were very reasonably priced!
