I had a great experience at this clinic when I went for my appointment last week. The check-in was smooth, and the staff members were very polite. After struggling with digestive issues for years, I finally decided to seek help and found this place. Honestly, I wish I'd done it sooner! The staff is incredibly accommodating. I called to make an appointment and they got me in within the week! Dr. Shalomov was amazing—he listened attentively and really cared about what I had to say. He ran a series of tests to pinpoint exactly what was going on, and explained each step of the process. I felt very supported throughout the entire experience. The office is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable visit. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi in the waiting area; it dropped a few times while I was trying to catch up on some work. But overall, I am so relieved to finally have answers and a treatment plan that works for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone needing gastrointestinal care!

I can't say enough good things about my visit! From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and had me fill out my paperwork quickly. Dr. Shalomov came in and took the time to really understand my situation. He was very thorough and offered various treatment options tailored to my needs. I also appreciated the follow-up service; I received a call the next day to check on how I was feeling after my appointment. One small improvement could be to have more informational brochures available in the waiting area. I would have loved to read more about my condition while I waited. Despite this, I am beyond satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist!
