As a family member of someone who went through the program, I can say that the support provided was truly invaluable. The communication between the staff and family members was excellent; we were kept in the loop and were able to participate in family sessions, which made a world of difference. I've been to multiple centers, and I have to say this one stands out for its dedicated approach to recovery. When I arrived, I was in a pretty dark place, and what I appreciated most was the individual attention I received. Each counselor I interacted with seemed genuinely invested in my journey, and the group therapy sessions were a highlight. It was comforting to share experiences with others who understood what I was going through. The facility was clean, although I felt some parts could benefit from a more modern touch. On the downside, there were times when the administrative aspect felt a bit disorganized, making scheduling a challenge. However, the ongoing support from my counselor, including aftercare planning, made the hurdles worthwhile. I’ve learned so much about myself and have developed coping strategies that I truly believe will help me stay sober long-term. This center gave me hope when I had none, and I am incredibly thankful!

I appreciated the compassionate care I received during my time here. The staff was attentive, and the therapies offered were comprehensive. I did feel that the facilities could use a refresh, as some equipment was outdated, but the quality of the treatment was excellent overall. I left feeling empowered and ready to tackle my recovery journey. Some sessions felt a bit too regimented, so I would advise more flexibility in the program schedule. Overall, a very supportive environment, and I would recommend it to others.

I can't express enough how much this center has changed my life. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of understanding and support.
