I brought my vehicle in for a transmission rebuild, and I have to say, the level of service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about my car and my concerns. They went above and beyond to communicate what was happening at every step, which I really appreciated. The rebuild was completed within the timeframe they initially quoted, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. My only feedback would be to improve the availability of online booking; I had a little trouble finding a convenient time. However, the in-person service made up for it! Wow, what an incredible experience! I was referred to this shop by a colleague after my car started making strange noises during gear shifts. I was a bit apprehensive about taking it in, as I’ve had mixed experiences with auto services in the past, but I’m so glad I did. The team here was professional—like, they really knew what they were talking about. They took the time to explain every aspect of the repair process, which made me feel valued as a customer. They even provided updates throughout the repair, which was a nice touch. When I picked up my car, it felt brand new again! The only thing I could suggest would be to maybe add some more seating in the waiting area. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This shop has earned my trust completely!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I was having some serious shifting issues with my car and was worried about how much it would cost to get fixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and they really took their time to figure out the problem without rushing me through the process. They gave me a breakdown of the costs before starting anything, which I found very reassuring. My car is running perfectly now, and I feel like I got really great value for my money. One thing I’d love to see is some complimentary coffee in the waiting area; it would make the wait more enjoyable. Overall, fantastic service, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of transmission work!
