I had my phone repaired here last week and overall, it was a really positive experience. The store was easy to find, and I was immediately welcomed by the staff who were eager to assist. I needed a battery replacement, and they explained the process clearly, which was a bonus for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The repair took roughly an hour, which was pretty standard. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shop was and how well-organized everything seemed. The only thing I think could be improved is their advertising of promotions or discounts. I overheard another customer mention a promo, but I didn’t see it advertised anywhere, which is a missed opportunity. Despite this, I left feeling satisfied with the service and my phone works like a charm now. I would definitely return for any future repairs and recommend them to anyone needing quick, reliable service!
