I had a quick and easy experience getting my phone repaired at this shop. The staff was incredibly helpful and got my phone back to me in no time. I was particularly impressed with their transparent pricing – they let me know the costs upfront. Although I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My phone is working like new! They also suggested a screen protector, which I ended up purchasing. I wish they had more options for cases, but overall, I’m really happy with my experience. One small feedback would be that the waiting area could be a bit more comfortable, perhaps with some chairs or seating if they expect customers to wait, but overall, it was a great experience.
