I had a pretty good experience overall, but I think there’s room for improvement. The repair was handled well, and the staff were friendly. I dropped off my tablet, which had a cracked screen, and they gave me a clear timeline on when I could expect it to be ready. I appreciate that they are women-led and have a welcoming environment. One thing I’d suggest is for them to improve on communication—there was a slight delay in getting my device back, and I had to follow up a couple of times. However, when I did reach out, they were responsive and courteous. My tablet looks good as new now, so I’m happy with the results!
