I recently switched to this credit union after being with a larger bank for years, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely seem to care about their members. I was welcomed right away by a representative who took the time to explain all my options for opening a savings account. I appreciated how they patiently answered all my questions without rushing me. The online banking system is intuitive and easy to navigate, which is a huge plus for someone like me who does most of their banking online. One small area for improvement would be to extend their Saturday hours a bit more; I think a later closing time would make it easier for those of us who work during the week. Overall, though, my experience has been extremely positive, and I feel much more valued here than I ever did at my previous bank. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to make a switch!

As a long-time member, I have seen this credit union grow, and it has been a pleasure to watch. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes banking here feel like a community effort rather than just a transaction. One of the things I appreciate most is their commitment to financial education; I've attended a few of their workshops on budgeting and investing—super informative! I also recently took advantage of their auto loan service, and the approval process was seamless. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes, during busy hours, wait times can be a bit long. I understand that they are popular, but a little more staffing during peak times would enhance the experience even further. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the services provided and have recommended this credit union to several friends and family members!

I’ve been a member for a few months now, and I can honestly say that I’m impressed with the level of service I’ve received. The loan process was smooth and straightforward, and I was thrilled to get a rate that was significantly lower than I was offered elsewhere. The loan officer went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything, which made the whole experience feel very reassuring. I also love their mobile app! It's user-friendly and provides all the features I need for managing my account on the go. If I had to mention something to improve upon, it would be the speed of email responses. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I’d like to hear back. But overall, I’m thrilled to be a member here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a personal touch in their banking experience!
