As someone who has been with different banks over the years, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which really sets it apart from the impersonal vibe of larger banks. I opened a checking and savings account because I wanted to start planning for my future, and the representatives were incredibly knowledgeable about different savings options. They even offered me a workshop on budgeting and financial planning, which I found very helpful. One thing I think could be improved is the availability of more ATM locations, especially in areas outside of town. I do wish they had a few more branches, but that doesn’t take away from the great service I received. If you're in the market for a new credit union, I'd say this one's definitely worth checking out!
