As a long-time member of this credit union, I can say that they offer a lot of great services! The online banking platform is user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts from home. I particularly appreciate their competitive interest rates on savings accounts. However, I've found that sometimes their customer service can be a bit hit or miss—while most staff are helpful, I've had a few interactions where I didn't feel fully heard. Nonetheless, I value the community aspect they bring and will continue to bank here. They just need to keep focusing on staff training to ensure consistency in service.

I decided to open an account here after hearing positive things from friends, and I can honestly say it has mostly lived up to the hype. The branch is conveniently located, and the hours work well with my schedule, especially the extended hours on Fridays! The staff is friendly and eager to assist. I found the loan rates to be extremely competitive, which is a huge plus. However, I did experience a bit of confusion regarding their fees—some weren't clearly explained at the beginning. A little more transparency in that area would be appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to join this credit union; I feel valued as a member, and I’m hopeful that my concerns will be addressed in the future.
