I had a positive experience when I brought my car in after a collision. From the start, the customer service was exceptional—everyone was polite and willing to answer my questions. They walked me through the repair process and what to expect in terms of timing. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the insurance paperwork, making an otherwise tedious task so much easier for me. While the repairs took a little longer than they initially estimated, I understand that quality takes time. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it had been fully detailed, both inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise! The only thing I could suggest is to improve their communication during busier times, as I had to follow up once or twice for updates. Nevertheless, I would return for any future auto needs.
