My only suggestion would be to have more financing options available for those who might need it, but overall, I'm very satisfied with my new floors!

I had a fantastic experience with this flooring store. After checking out a few places, I decided to go with them because of their excellent customer service and variety. The staff was patient and guided me through the entire process, explaining the differences between various wood types and finishes. I really appreciated their personalized approach. When the installation team arrived, they were on time and worked efficiently, making sure to keep my home clean during the process. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they completed the job! The end result is absolutely beautiful and has added so much value to my home. One minor thing I would suggest is improving the waiting area, as it could use some magazines or refreshments for customers waiting for consultations or installations. But overall, I highly recommend them!
