I had a pretty good experience here! The reception staff greeted me warmly and got me checked in quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Kenneth is clearly skilled; he explained everything he was doing during my procedure, which helped ease my nerves. The treatment itself was efficient, and I loved how they took extra precautions for cleanliness, especially in these times. My only concern was that the office was a bit crowded, making the waiting area feel cramped. It would be great if they could manage the flow of patients a little better.
