After having a frustrating experience at a different RV shop, I was hesitant to try another one. However, I’m so glad I took the chance on this place! The staff greeted me with genuine warmth when I walked in, and it was refreshing to see how well they worked as a team. My family and I were on a road trip when our RV started having issues. After searching for nearby repair shops, we found this place and decided to give it a try. Right from the start, the staff was incredibly helpful. They understood our urgency and worked hard to fit us into their busy schedule. The mechanic explained everything that needed to be fixed, including some routine maintenance that we hadn't realized was overdue. They even provided us with tips on how to care for our RV in the future, which was a nice touch! The repairs were completed faster than we anticipated, and we left feeling confident in the work done. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be to improve the waiting area, as it could be a bit more comfortable. But overall, I am thoroughly impressed and would come back without hesitation.
