I took my engagement ring here for a resize after I realized it was a bit too tight. The staff was super helpful and made the process really easy. They listened to my concerns and assured me that they could make it fit perfectly without compromising the integrity of the design. I was pleased to find out that they could get it done in just a few days. When I returned, the fit was perfect, and they even cleaned it for me, which was a lovely surprise! My only suggestion would be to have a seating area for customers who are waiting, as I ended up standing for a few minutes.
