I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! I had been dreading going to the dentist, but my experience here completely changed my perception. I recently had my first visit, and I must say, I was quite impressed! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and they made me feel at ease right away. The dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle, explaining everything she was doing, which really helped calm my nerves. My only suggestion would be to have the waiting area a bit more comfortable; the chairs were okay, but a little more padding would go a long way. What a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and a warm atmosphere. The front desk team was efficient, and I was seen right on time, which is a rarity in my past experiences with other places. During my cleaning, the hygienist was not only professional but also really engaging, making sure to explain every step and answer all my questions. I loved the little touches, like the personalized care and the soothing music that played throughout my visit. It really felt like they went the extra mile to make their patients comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is possibly providing a little more information on insurance coverage upfront, as it can be confusing. But all in all, I left feeling great about my dental health and will definitely be recommending this clinic to my friends!
