I had a fantastic experience at this auto repair shop! After a mishap with my car battery, I called ahead and they were able to fit me in the same day. When I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. I noticed they have a gender-neutral restroom, which is a nice touch. Bob, the mechanic who worked on my car, took the time to explain the issues clearly and even showed me the old parts that needed replacing. The service was surprisingly quick, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of work done. I was especially impressed by how clean and organized the shop was. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the waiting area could use some more magazines or entertainment options to keep customers occupied while they wait.
