I've been going to this salon for a while now, and I have to say, I'm consistently impressed with the quality of service. The staff is always friendly, and they seem genuinely interested in what I want for my haircut. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere is relaxed, which makes the experience enjoyable. Recently, I had my hair cut by Lisa, and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered some suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. I really appreciated that she didn't rush through the process. Another thing I love is the online check-in feature. I can see how long the wait is before I even leave my house, which is super convenient. The prices are reasonable too, especially for the quality you receive. I’ve paid a lot more at other salons and didn’t come away feeling as satisfied. The only minor issue I encountered was that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, especially on weekends. I understand that this is a popular spot, but it would be great if there could be a few more stylists available during peak hours. Nevertheless, I think the service and skill of the stylists more than make up for it. Overall, this salon is a gem, and I’m happy to recommend it to my friends and family. If you’re in need of a fresh cut and want a team that really cares, this is definitely the place to visit!

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and the atmosphere was buzzing but still welcoming. The stylist who cut my hair was super attentive and really listened to what I wanted. I opted for a layered bob, and she nailed it! I love how my hair looks and feels so fresh and lively. One of the highlights was the stylist's knowledge about hair care products; she recommended a couple of items that I ended up purchasing. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be great if they had a larger selection of hair products available for sale. But overall, I left feeling so happy and will definitely be returning soon!
