I’ve been coming to this eye care center for a couple of years now, and overall, I have had a positive experience. One thing I would love to see is an expanded selection of frames in their optical shop. Sometimes, it feels a bit limited. However, the quality of care has always been top-notch. I also wish they had more flexible hours on Fridays, but I understand that everyone needs a break. I recently visited this eye care center, and I must say, the level of service was exceptional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my appointment started right on time. I cannot express how pleased I am with the care I received! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff made check-in easy, and I barely waited before being called into my appointment. The eye doctor was thorough and explained every step of the exam. I especially appreciated the time they took to discuss my concerns. My only piece of constructive feedback would be regarding their hours—being closed on weekends can be inconvenient for those of us who work during the week. However, the quality of care and the attentiveness of the staff make this a place I will continue to return to for my eye needs. Highly recommended!
