He diagnosed the issue—a worn-out belt—within minutes. What stood out to me was his thoroughness; he not only replaced the belt but also recommended a few preventative measures to keep my dryer in great shape. I really appreciated how he didn’t rush through the job and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair, especially given the level of service I received. If I had to nitpick, I would say that their scheduling can be a little tight at times, but I was lucky to get in quickly. After my dishwasher stopped working, I found Greene's Home Services online and decided to give them a shot based on their stellar ratings. I called on a Tuesday morning, and the friendly receptionist assured me that a technician would be there by the afternoon. True to their word, the technician arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the pump and explained the repair process in detail. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions and even gave some maintenance tips to prolong the life of my appliance. What impressed me most was how clean he left the area after finishing the job. The price was reasonable too, especially considering the quality of service. The only minor hiccup was that it took a little longer than expected to get the parts ordered, but he kept me updated throughout the process. I am thrilled with the service provided and will definitely call them again for any appliance issues in the future!
