What a fantastic experience! I went in to discuss some loan options, and the loan officer I met with was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about my financial goals. He took the time to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to show me different scenarios that would benefit me in the long run. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall environment felt professional yet relaxed. I also noticed that their fees are fairly reasonable compared to other banks I've been with. If I had to pick something to improve, I’d suggest extending their hours a bit during the week to accommodate those who work traditional 9-5 jobs.
