Dr. Thompson was incredibly thorough during my eye exam, taking the time to explain every step of the process and ensuring I felt comfortable. I appreciated her patience as I asked a million questions about my vision and options for glasses. They have a fantastic selection of frames, and I was able to find a pair that suited me perfectly. I just had the best experience at an optometrist’s office! The staff were all super friendly and made me feel right at home. I went in for a contact lens fitting, and I was really impressed by how much care the doctor took in making sure everything was just right. They have a wide variety of lenses, and I was guided through the whole process step by step. Dr. Lee was exceptionally knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. Plus, the office was very clean and organized, which I always appreciate. If I had to pick one small issue, it would be that there were limited options for frames if you decide to get glasses, but honestly, I went in for contacts anyway so it wasn't a big deal. I left feeling confident about my new contacts and will definitely be returning for my check-ups!

As someone who has seen a number of optometrists over the years, I can confidently say this one stands out. The professionalism of the staff is impressive; they really know their stuff! My recent visit was for a routine eye exam, and I was pleasantly surprised by how modern the equipment was. The technician explained the tests in detail, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Patel took the time to discuss my eye health and provided personalized recommendations for my vision. The only constructive feedback I have is that the appointment scheduling process could be a bit smoother; I had to call a few times to confirm my visit.
