I went in for a trim and to get some layers added, and she took the time to explain her approach and why it would work best for my hair type. The whole vibe of the place was refreshing—not stuffy or intimidating like some salons can be. I loved that they have a gender-neutral restroom, which just adds to the inclusive atmosphere! The only thing I would suggest is that they offer a few more evening appointments; I know I'm not alone in wanting to come after work. But honestly, it was such a delightful experience, I might just have to adjust my schedule because I’m already planning my return visit!
