I recently took my son here, and while we had a generally positive experience, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The staff was friendly and the treatment was effective, which is obviously the most important part. However, I found the waiting area a bit cramped, especially with several families present. It made things feel a little overwhelming. But once we got into the treatment room, the atmosphere was much more relaxed. I really appreciated how patient the staff was with my son, who was understandably anxious. Overall, a solid experience and I would recommend their services for anyone dealing with lice!
