The products they use seem high quality, and I could tell the stylist knew her stuff. One thing I would suggest, though, is to improve the waiting area. It was a little cramped, and I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment. However, once I was in the chair, I forgot all about it because the service was fantastic.
