As for the haircut, it was exactly what I envisioned, and I appreciated how they took the time to add some layers for movement. The only downside was the wait time; I had to sit for about 15 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken. I understand that sometimes services run over, but a little communication there would have been nice. Still, it was worth the wait! This place is fantastic! I’ve been getting my hair done here for over a year now, and I’ve never left disappointed. The staff are all so friendly and create a relaxed environment. My stylist is a master at highlights and always gets them just right. Plus, I love how they have a wide range of products available for purchase. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of service is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
