I visited here for a trim and some highlights, and I was quite pleased with the overall experience. The staff was friendly, and my stylist did a great job understanding my vision. The highlights turned out to be just the right shade, adding brightness to my hair without looking overly dramatic. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail; it felt like my stylist truly cared about the outcome, and she took her time to ensure everything was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve on their appointment scheduling; I noticed a few customers had to wait a while. I can't say enough good things about my visit! I went in for a balayage and a cut, and I was blown away by the results. After moving to the area, I was on the hunt for a new salon and stumbled upon this one. What a delightful find! The moment I entered, I was welcomed by an inviting atmosphere and a very friendly receptionist who made me feel right at home. I scheduled an appointment for a full hair transformation: a cut, color, and styling. My stylist was incredible; she listened to my ideas and also offered her professional input, which I truly appreciated. The color she chose was spot-on, and I loved that she took her time to ensure everything looked flawless. The salon itself was stylish and well-decorated, contributing to a relaxing vibe. I especially loved their selection of high-quality products on display, and I ended up purchasing a few to maintain my new look! My only critique would be the pricing; I found it a bit on the higher side compared to previous salons I’ve visited, but I guess you pay for quality! All in all, I left feeling more confident than ever and can’t recommend this salon enough!
