I had a wonderful experience getting my windshield repaired here after a nasty crack appeared out of nowhere. The staff were helpful and friendly from the very first phone call, making the process much smoother than I anticipated. I liked that they offered to schedule me for the next day, which was perfect because I needed my car for work. When I arrived, the waiting area was clean and had some magazines to pass the time, which I appreciated. They even had a wheelchair accessible entrance, which I noticed is great for anyone needing that feature. My only suggestion would be to consider extending the hours a bit; having Saturday hours might help those of us who work during the week. Still, I left very satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service provided. I would definitely return if I ever need auto glass services again!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the job done—less than an hour! The new windshield looks perfect, and I’ve had no issues since. If I had to offer any constructive feedback, maybe adding a few more seating options would be great during peak times, but honestly, it was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. I took my car here for a chip repair, and I was quite impressed! The staff was super friendly and made the whole process straightforward. They were upfront about the costs and timeline, which I really appreciated. The repair itself was quick, and it looks great—can't even tell there was ever a chip.
