I can't express how grateful I am for the care I received during my recent visit to see Dr. Jimmie. I had been experiencing some jaw pain for months and was really nervous about needing surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They explained every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience. The office itself is clean and has a calming atmosphere, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Jimmie came in with a warm smile and made me feel at ease immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns and outlined the procedure clearly. The surgery went smoothly, and I was amazed at how little discomfort I felt afterwards. Recovery was much easier than I anticipated, thanks to the detailed aftercare instructions. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve the wait time a bit; I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. However, the quality of care I received made it worth it.
