I can't say enough good things about our experience with this pediatric office! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My daughter was a bit nervous for her checkup, but the nurse made her feel comfortable right away. They have a colorful waiting area filled with toys and books, which kept her entertained while we waited. Dr. Smith was attentive and took the time to answer all of our questions, which I really appreciated as a first-time mom. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients. The only small issue we faced was a brief wait, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality of care we received. As a parent of two active boys, finding a pediatrician who understands kids is crucial. We've been coming here for a little over a year now, and I can confidently say we have had a positive experience overall. The doctors are not only knowledgeable but also very engaging with the kids. They make the boys laugh and feel relaxed, which is no small feat! I particularly liked the way they handled my youngest's vaccinations; they distracted him with a fun toy and even gave him a sticker afterward, which made the whole process so much easier. However, I did notice that sometimes the office can be a bit crowded, and we’ve had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions. I think they could work on their scheduling to minimize wait times. Despite that, the quality of care has been consistent, and I trust the staff completely with my children's health. Plus, the online portal for scheduling appointments and accessing medical records is super convenient. All in all, I'm glad we chose this practice, and I would happily recommend it to friends!
