This credit union has become my go-to for all my banking needs! I initially joined for the attractive interest rates, but what keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff are always so accommodating and knowledgeable. Just last week, I went in for assistance with setting up a new checking account, and the representative walked me through every detail, ensuring I understood all my options. I’ve been a member for over two years now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best financial institutions out there! The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and they genuinely care about your financial health. I recently opened a savings account, and the interest rates are fantastic compared to what other places offer. Their mobile app is super convenient too, making it easy to manage my accounts on the go. My only minor complaint would be the wait times during peak hours; sometimes it can get a bit crowded. But overall, I highly recommend them!
