I had the most amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Joy is truly a magician with hair. I went in for a silk press and was blown away by the results. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and suggested a few things that really suited my hair type. The way she handled my hair with care made me feel like I was in the hands of an expert. I also appreciated her commitment to health and safety; she wore a mask and checked my temperature upon arrival, which made me feel comfortable. The only thing I wish is that they had a wider range of hair products available for purchase, as I would have loved to take home something to maintain my fabulous look. But aside from that, I can't recommend her enough! I'll definitely be back soon for my next appointment. Thank you, Joy, for transforming my hair and giving me the confidence boost I needed! 💖
