I had an exceptional experience at this auto tech shop! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly and attentive, answering all my questions with patience, which I truly appreciated. The inspection itself was thorough, and I felt confident in the results they provided. I also loved the fact that they offer a comfortable waiting area. It made the whole process much more pleasant while I waited for my car. One minor feedback would be to extend their Saturday hours, as I’d love to have a little more time to get my car checked during the weekend. Other than that, I can’t fault them. They really know how to treat their customers right! I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!

The technicians were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the inspection results in detail. They showed me some minor issues they found and offered honest recommendations without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. I loved the transparency! The facility itself was well-organized, and I could see the team working efficiently. I also appreciated their hours; it’s great that they are open on Saturdays, which makes it easy for those of us who can’t make it during the week. The only downside I noticed was that they could improve on the waiting time; it took a bit longer than expected, approximately an hour and a half. However, the quality of service made it worth the wait. I left feeling confident in my car’s condition and will definitely be back for my next inspection!
