I went in for a dental implant, and while I was initially nervous, Dr. Pickett and his team made everything so much easier! I did encounter a slight hiccup with billing, as there was some confusion about my insurance coverage, but the staff resolved it promptly. I cannot recommend this oral surgery practice enough! From my very first visit, I was impressed with how welcoming and organized the staff were. The office itself was immaculate, and I felt at ease right away. Dr. Pickett was very attentive, taking the time to discuss my concerns about my upcoming procedure. He was not only knowledgeable but also very empathetic, which really helped calm my nerves. The surgery went better than I could have hoped for, and I experienced very little discomfort during recovery. They even called to check in on me the next day, which I thought was a lovely touch. The only suggestion I have is to improve the parking situation, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, 5 stars for the wonderful care and service!
