I’ve been living here for about six months now, and I’ve had a pretty positive experience overall. The location is fantastic, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to town for convenience. I really appreciate the spacious lots, which provide a nice sense of privacy. Plus, the park is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me and my furry friend! The amenities could use some updates, and it would be great if they could incorporate more options for leisure activities. While I do enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, a community gathering spot or an updated playground would definitely enhance the experience for everyone, especially families. But, despite these minor suggestions, the staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes a big difference. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, enjoyable living environment.

I recently moved into this mobile home park, and I can't say enough good things about my experience so far! The community is welcoming, and everyone has been so friendly, which really helped me feel at home right away. The green spaces are well-kept, and I appreciate how quiet and peaceful the area is—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I love taking evening strolls around the neighborhood; you can often find neighbors out and about, chatting or enjoying the fresh air. One of the highlights for me was meeting the park manager, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She took the time to show me around and answer all my questions, which made the move much less stressful. I also appreciate that there are community events organized occasionally, as it’s a great way to meet people. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that it could use a few more amenities, like a playground or a small community center. But overall, I’m really happy with my choice to live here and look forward to many more years in this lovely community!
