I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this clinic! As someone who gets a bit anxious about medical visits, I was pleasantly surprised by how calming the environment was. The decor was inviting, and the staff was incredibly understanding. I had an appointment for a specific health issue, and the nurse was thorough in her questions, which made me feel taken care of right away. The doctor was insightful and provided alternatives that I hadn’t considered before. They really made me feel empowered about my health choices instead of just prescribing medication without explanation. One thing I would suggest is perhaps having more signage to direct patients to the right areas, as I found myself a bit confused when I arrived. But once I got settled, the experience was fantastic. The waiting area was clean and had a calm atmosphere, making the wait seem much shorter. The only minor downside was that it took a little longer than expected to get my follow-up test results, but the staff reassured me that it was all part of maintaining accuracy. This clinic is pretty good! The staff was nice, and I didn’t have to wait too long for my appointment. The doctor was really professional and gave me some great advice regarding my situation. However, I noticed that the online appointment system could be a bit confusing, and I had some trouble scheduling my visit. Overall, a solid experience, and I would come back for my follow-up appointments!

I had my first appointment at this clinic recently and was quite happy with the service overall! The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. I appreciated how they kept me updated on wait times, which made it easier to plan my day. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt that my questions were genuinely valued, which is always a plus in a medical setting. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that the waiting area could use a little more seating, as it was quite busy when I arrived.
