I recently took my car in for an oil change and was impressed by the great customer service. The appointment process was straightforward, and I was able to get in on the same day. Dave was professional and made sure I understood what my car needed. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and how they respected my time; they finished the service in under an hour! My only suggestion would be to improve the parking situation, as it was a bit tight when I arrived. However, the quality of service and friendly staff definitely made up for any minor inconveniences. I’ll be returning to this auto service for my car care needs!

I can't say enough good things about this auto service center! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family. They were attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain every detail of the service I needed. I had a full check-up done on my vehicle, and I was impressed with how thorough they were. They even found a small issue I wasn’t aware of and saved me from a potential breakdown. The mechanic, Dave, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which put me at ease. Another thing I appreciated was their commitment to transparency; they provided a breakdown of costs before starting. However, I do wish they offered Saturday hours since I sometimes have to juggle work during the week. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance.

I had an oil change and a tire rotation done, and they completed the work promptly while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable and has a TV, which made the time fly by. One thing I appreciated was their transparency about pricing; they provided an estimate upfront, and the final bill was very close to that amount. My only minor criticism would be that they could have a few more chairs in the waiting area, as it got a bit crowded when a couple of customers came in after me. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and relieved to have found a trustworthy place for my car. I’ll definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs. Highly recommend this place!

After having a rough experience with a previous auto shop, I was hesitant to try another place. However, I was pleasantly surprised here. The first thing that caught my attention was their cleanliness; everything was organized and neat. I brought my car in for a brake inspection, and Dave was very thorough in explaining what the issues were. He didn’t just give me a list of problems but showed me the parts that needed attention. They also had a great deal on oil changes, which I couldn’t pass up. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated, but they kept me updated on the progress, so it wasn’t too frustrating. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service, and I genuinely felt like they cared about my car’s performance. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!
