I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this orthodontist’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease, which was great since I was a bit nervous. The office is bright, clean, and very inviting, which helped alleviate my anxiety. The actual consultation was thorough; the orthodontist took the time to explain my treatment options in detail, answering all my questions without rushing. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and the flexible payment plans they offered. They also have a fantastic rewards program for kids, which my daughter loved! The only minor aspect I think could be improved is the waiting time; I did have to wait a bit longer than expected during my first visit. However, the excellent care received made it worth it. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to go here and can’t wait to see the results of my treatment!
