Absolutely love this bank! The drive-through service is super convenient, especially when I'm in a hurry. I’ve had both positive and negative experiences at this bank, but overall, I lean towards the positive side. The online banking system is quite robust and user-friendly, allowing me to manage my accounts with ease, which is a huge plus for me. Last week, I had a small issue with a transaction that I thought would take forever to resolve, but the customer service team was surprisingly efficient. They addressed my concern in a timely manner, and the follow-up was excellent. What I would suggest for improvement is to have more staff available during peak hours; sometimes, the lines can get really long. Still, I feel supported and valued as a customer, which is why I continue to bank here.
