I've been banking at this location for over five years now, and I must say the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, which makes a huge difference. I particularly love how they take the time to explain any new services or products they’re offering. Last month, I decided to open a savings account, and the representative walked me through every detail. I felt like she genuinely cared about my financial goals. They also have great mobile banking features that make it easy to access my account anytime, anywhere. Plus, the fees are reasonable compared to other banks in the area. My only suggestion would be to extend Saturday hours a bit, maybe until 2 PM, since it can be tough to make it during the weekday hours. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience here and plan to continue banking here for years to come!
