Great service! I came in for some assistance with my online banking and was met by a very helpful lady named Tania. She guided me through everything and made sure I understood how to navigate the site. The only minor issue was that the parking lot was a bit cramped, especially during peak hours, which can be a headache. That said, I am glad I chose this bank. They really care about their customers!

I had a fantastic experience opening my new savings account at this bank! The staff made everything super easy; I was in and out in under thirty minutes. The representative who assisted me, Lisa, was very patient and answered all my questions with a smile. I also love that they have Saturday hours, which makes it easier for someone like me with a 9-5 job. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have more chairs in the waiting area because it can get a little crowded at times. Overall, I’m really pleased with my choice and would definitely recommend this bank to anyone seeking efficient and friendly service!

I’ve been a customer at this bank for a while now, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with their services. The staff here is helpful and responsive, especially during my last visit when I needed assistance with setting up a new account. I was properly guided through the various options available, and they were patient with all my questions. It’s also a bonus that they're wheelchair accessible, as I often take my aunt who has mobility challenges. However, I do wish they had longer hours during the week; closing at 5 PM can be a bit inconvenient for those of us working standard hours. Still, the positive experiences I've had outweigh the minor inconveniences!
