I had an appointment for chronic back pain, and after a detailed assessment, Dr. Patel recommended a physical therapy plan tailored specifically for me. One thing I really appreciated was the follow-up call the next day to check on my progress; it made me feel valued as a patient. The only downside was the limited parking near the entrance, which made it a bit tricky to find a spot during peak hours.
