I had an excellent experience during my recent visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. They took the time to explain the different account options available, which was super helpful since I wasn't entirely sure what I needed. I was particularly impressed with how efficiently they handled my application. I left feeling confident and satisfied, which is rare at a bank! The only suggestion I have is to possibly add more seating in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, a fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new bank!

Fantastic experience overall! I went in to inquire about a loan for a new car, and the loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable. I recently opened a savings account and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The employees were knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. I loved the way they walked me through the different savings options and highlighted the benefits of each. However, I did experience a bit of a wait time during my visit, which was slightly frustrating. I understand that it can get busy, but it would be great if they could streamline the process a bit more. Still, the quality of service made up for it, and I feel secure knowing my money is in good hands. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for personal banking!

I switched to this bank a few months ago, and I have been pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. The online banking platform is user-friendly and makes managing my finances a breeze. I especially appreciate the budgeting tools they offer, which help me keep track of my spending. The customer service is generally top-notch; I once had an issue with a transaction, and they resolved it swiftly with a friendly attitude. I did notice that their ATM network isn’t as extensive as I’d hoped, which can be inconvenient at times. Also, it would be great if they offered more weekend hours, as my schedule is pretty hectic during the week. But overall, I'm really happy with my decision to bank here!
