Had a pleasant visit last week! The teller was super nice and answered all my questions about my loan options. I really appreciated how patient she was. However, I wish they had longer hours on weekdays since I work a 9 to 5 job and can only get there during lunch breaks. The tellers are always friendly and willing to help, and they remember my name every time I come in, which really makes a difference. I recently applied for a personal loan and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they processed my application. The only thing I would suggest is improving their weekend hours. I understand that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which makes it challenging for those of us with busy work schedules during the week. I’ve been banking here for over a year now, and while the service has its ups and downs, I can say that the staff genuinely cares about their customers. I remember one time I had an issue with my debit card, and they resolved it in a matter of minutes. Their attentiveness made a stressful situation much easier. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit long, particularly on Fridays when everyone seems to be cashing their checks. But I think that’s just a sign of their popularity in the community! The online banking platform is sleek and has all the features I need, including easy money transfers and bill pay. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and would recommend them for their personal touch and reliability.
