I’ve been a customer here for several years now, and while I’ve had my ups and downs, I can honestly say I've enjoyed my experience overall. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Just last week, I needed assistance with a wire transfer, and the representative was quick to guide me through the process. They even offered me some tips on how to save on fees. However, I do wish the wait times during peak hours could be improved. It can get a bit crowded, and I've had to wait longer than I’d like on a couple of occasions. I also think their hours could be expanded, especially on weekends, as they close early on Saturdays. Regardless, the personal touch and community feel make me appreciate this bank, and I have plans to stay with them for the foreseeable future.
