I had my taxes prepared here this year, and overall, it was a solid experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. I was impressed by the thoroughness of their work. They took the time to ensure I was getting every deduction possible. However, the wait time for my appointment was a bit longer than I anticipated, and I had to spend some extra time in the office. A little more attention to scheduling would go a long way. That said, I left feeling confident that my taxes were handled correctly, and I will definitely return next year!
