As a new pet owner, I was a little anxious about finding a grooming service for my small terrier, but I decided to give this place a try based on a friend's recommendation. They definitely did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and took their time getting to know my dog, making sure she was comfortable before the grooming began. The grooming itself was flawless; she came back looking fresh and cute with a perfect trim. I especially liked that they provided a detailed report card after the grooming session, which included tips for at-home care. One thing I noticed, however, was that the wait time was longer than expected, even with an appointment. I would suggest calling ahead to confirm your slot if you're on a tight schedule. Despite that, the quality of service and the care they showed my pup made it worth the wait. I appreciate their dedication to making grooming a positive experience for both pets and owners. I will definitely be coming back, and I can’t wait to see how they handle her next grooming session!
