As a small business owner, I was looking for a reliable embroidery shop to help create branded merchandise for my company. I was excited to explore options here, and while the staff was friendly and the service was decent, I think there’s room for improvement. The quality of the embroidery was solid, and the variety of options available was impressive. I ended up ordering some tote bags and hats, which looked great. The only downside was the communication; it took a while to get responses to my emails, which made planning a bit tricky. If they could streamline their communication process, I believe it would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort they put into my order, and I’m happy with the end result. I’m hopeful that my next experience will be even smoother!
